Emphasizing pretty renderings and extravagent architectural improvements will not be a good way to win the support of a very skeptical public. The teams need to focus on detailing the specific usable improvements, not getting peopel attached to drawings that will ultimately be different from the end product.

There are no usable improvements planned...that's the main problem.

$190 M for more luxury suites and accent lighting of the complex. Yips.

sad, but neither of these renderings do anything for me.

Let's see, 200 million for Kauffman...well the renderings show we take that money and turn on the fountains! Of course we loose the little K though.

For Arrowhead... 200 million buys us a couple of massive spot lights that never make it out of the renderings.

They should call this the "concourse" tax.

I'm not sure I like the added seats in the lower one. It just doesn't really fit in and how often are they really going to be filled? Seems kind of pointless. Other than that, I pretty much agree with what everyone else has said.

The Kauffman rendering even uses the stadium before the seats were replaced to try to make the "old Kauffman" look worse...give me a break.

I liked our photoshopped images of a downtown Kauffman a lot better than these.
