Of course.  But do they have 1.5?  2?  How many more pink slips does that represent?  Hopefully cattle prices go high the next few weeks so those donors will be feeling flush.

No.  You're probably right.  KSU would assuredly have to pay him in bushels, head o' cattle, or some other farm commodity.  Perhaps even IOUs.

I got KSU +8.5....seems like money is going towards the kitties, it started at 9 in many casinos and is down to 8 at some.

lunardi giving ksu the final #1 seed post loss of duke and ksu?  That is some big 12 / ksu / ku respect.

personally I'd rather be the first #2 seed in the south vs. The last #1 seed in the west with a stacked bracket.

KU - 10 Big 12 Championships in 14 years of the Big 12. Domination.

Nice to see X get better and better towards the end of the year. It was great to see him pick up the slack when Sherron got off to a crappy start. KU played some of their better defense all year. They really attacked the boards and got physical.

What to make of Wally Judge? The guy looked great last night, but seems to disappear for entire games.

I'm not sure I would have believed that Pullen and Clemente would combined for 41 and KSU would still lose by double digits. I'm sure the refs calling a ton of fouls this game (more on KU by the way) hurt the chances of anyone else contributing but it would have helped if Dominique Sutton or Curtis Kelly had shown up to play.

Big game by the role players for KU (Markieff & Tyrel and Brady)...Wonder why FF called the timeout in the last minute...motivation for next year?

So where does that put the MU game? MU has a LOT to play for, KU really has nothing.

Still a rivalry game.  Both teams will come to play.  The outcome will depend on MU's shooting though.  Last time they shot like crap, which allowed for the blowout.  But I don't expect them to shoot that badly at home.  I still think KU wins this one by 10.

Its still a rivalry game and I think KU is still playing to be a high #1 so they can be in OKC/St. Louis, otherwise, Kentucky will get it.

ku played a great game and obviously came out to take control right away.....ksu didn't seem to play with their normal passion and fight.

those refs needed to stay out of that game on both ends of the floor.  Very ticky tacky for a 2 vs 5 matchup.

why did frank call the TO?  Not really sure...it might have had something to do with the lovefest on the floor....respect your opponent.

I'm still wow'd lundardi is giving ksu the last #1...thats awesome.  Thanks maryland.  I don't see many voters dropping ksu below 5 come monday....awesome.

I agree KCP.  Would be pretty damn awesome for the Big 12, and Kansas in particular, to get two #1's.  I guess a lot of that depends on what happens in the tourneys around the country, but it's still a definite possibility.

They were streaky as hell too - five minutes of blowing every time players got close to each other, followed by five minutes of no blood, no foul -repeat.

I'm not 100% sure that Self noticed Tyshawn fouling out when he was trying to bring Sherron, Cole and Xavier off the floor on that last Clemente foul. It took them way too long to figure it out and Martin wanted to talk to his team while they figured it out. That's how I saw it anyway. And since I'm clearly right most of the time....

Jamar Samuels must have done something to piss off the refs because they had two ridiculous calls against him - the phantom double foul - which I have honestly never seen before, and I thought the pivot traveling call was kind of BS. Of course, they called a lot of stupid stuff on the Morris twins as well.

Yeah, the score was a bit deceiving - It was a heck of a competitive game until you guys ran out of gas around the 6-7 minute mark.  Wally definitely look like he was ready to take a big step forward but his lack of pervious playing time showed - he had no legs left the final quarter of the game or so.
