Well everyone was gathered around the Lyric. KMBC 9 News was there to cover whatever was happening. Everyone walking around was dressed up. I tried to get closer and they shooed me off, so I couldn't get any better pictures or to see what was going on.

You need street level retail in order to have pedestrians.

they shooed you off from the symphony? That's weird.

The area he took pictures in doesn't have residential....it's 99% office....why would anybody be on the street?
