I wouldn't go there but there's a restaurants for all demographics.
They would do very well near areas where women get jobs with companies in industries that have more flexibile hours for lunch. Medicine, law firms, creative roles, accounting. Also areas where families go. Crown Center comes to mind as a good starting point.

my wife loves this place, theres a number of locations in west st. louis county
