New Lawrence development on the East side??!!??

It looks like it's going to happen if Compton has anything to do with it. 180 acres of mixed use "master-planned" development across from the Farmland plant on 23rd (K10). How can something be "master-planned' when you're building a commuter neighborhood on what seems to be a roadway not built for half the number of cars it carries. If this plan doesn't get shut down by the city commission it could usher in dangerous growth on the Lawrence's East Side.
