Until I saw the link, I was thinking that was next to the new Soccer Stadium at the speedway.  Interesting concept, though ugly.  If you could add some grace (like the Eifel Tower) to that structure (and get rid of the red), that might be doable, particularly around the Speedway or the Soccer Stadium.

It looks like the tornado already hit it, or for the London Olympics it was hit by the terrorists.
