Behind the shops of Ranchmart South there is an existing mostly underground parking garage. The street behind that is duplexes.

There is a proposal to remove all that (but not touch the businesses) and create a new apartment/condo building with underground parking.

Target audience is 60+ but will not have an age requirement.

This is in the early stages.

Just a note, the rezoning piece (REZ2020-0000) is before the Planning Commission on Monday 14 Sep 2020 at 1.30pm. The location is the OP Convention Center, Ballroom A (rather than the usual city hall).
