Mahaffie circle improvement project Olathe

So from my understanding this project is going to extend Church street from its intersection with old 56 underneath I-35 and adjacent to the RR tracks to link up with S Mahaffie Circle that currently terminates at the NW end of the Garmin footprint. I guess the idea is to give more access to Garmin workers on the north side of i-35 as well as freeing up the interchange at 151st/I-35 with less local congestion
