So this means that H&M has given up on Prairie Fire Phase II ever happening. Abercrombie is a dying company and couldn't survive at Independence Center or Town Center Plaza. I think the Zona Rosa store closed too as well as the Plaza. They will probably close their Oak Park Mall store in favor of this one. Express, J. Crew, and American Eagle will likely leave Town Center Plaza, which is starting to fall into disrepair and has a surprisingly large number of vacancies, especially around what has to be the worst Barnes & Noble in the metro. If you think I'm over exaggerating, look back at the older sections of the Corbin Park thread. Stores were trying to jump ship to Corbin Park from Town Center Plaza 20 years ago until the development went though serious turmoil and redesign. Best Buy, Barnes & Noble, and others had announced that they were going to leave that section of 119th and move further south just a few years after having opened.

That is an outdated brochure as it shows the Cosmosphere as still part of the plan (although it isn't labeled). They have built a small retail strip center out there lately though.

Yes some of those are just shown in rending. Only maybe Saltgrass Creek Steakhouse might have signed up but no Site Plan approved for it yet. https://bluhawk.com/restaurants-foodie-scene/
