97 Metcalf won't be Mixed Use but still have Apartments and Retail uses.
No Halloween stores opening on this property.

Too bad. I was hoping the dead guy they pulled out of that lake this AM was just a publicity stunt/hoax for the new Halloween store opening at 97th. Guess not.

That can't be true, criminals steal cars and go to rich neighborhoods. It's why if you're important (have lots of money) you build a tall fence or wall around your neighborhood.
