135 parking spots at 5 people per car = 675 people

135 parking spots at 7 people per car (it is south JoCo after all!) = 945 people

Something less than a drop in the bucket. This country is ill with Stockholm Syndrome when it comes to our parking.

Let's be more realistic:

135 parking spots at 2.5 people per car = 338 people

I went back and found something even more incredible. They're not necessarily even using the parking lots for parking.
Some say eliminating the parking lots could be the end to the long-held Old Settlers festival. The three-day event draws around 200,000 people downtown each year. And many festivities are held on the parking lots.

And how many residents will there be? Residents that will go to old settlers days and restaurants in that area. I'm guessing it will be more than 338.
