You have an encyclopedia of retail establishments in that brain of yours. Half of the places you mention I've never even heard of.

I'm just saying what might fit and is near by but not in Shawnee yet or even KC area. Sports Authority? City or Major Thrift? Kansas Sampler? Could also work. Shopko or Meijier are a no with Target on property.
