I wonder if everyone who owns property in JoCo inside 435 realizes just how upset they should be with developments like this?

We NEJoCo'ers know it and love it. These hinterland developments add more retail sales tax to keep our property taxes lower. At some point, when these hinterland projects get old and expensive to support, we plan to de-annex them and let them die without our support. This "plan" of ours just hasn't made the papers yet.
