Corinth, Village at Prairie Village to form CID for ped-friendly redev?

Spin! Pizza now open in PV shops.

I heard the new Starbucks building under construction (former Waid's site) has 3 spaces open for other tenants, but none have been filled yet. Also heard Eggstc and Jimmy John's had negotiated for the site at one point before Starbucks got it.

Spin is in Corinth Shopping Center. We got in Friday night for a preview. It looks like a Spin - similar to the other stores. The space is nice. Lots of windows and an outdoor patio.

A bartender at Tavern in the Village had said that Chipotle would be joining Starbucks in the new PV building. Not sure where that info came from.

i suggested P. Village to Chipotle and it's doubtful they close the Oak Park Commons one when Oak Park Malls opens.

and now Macy's is gone after doing a minor remodel of the third floor... and nothing else came of it.
