Talk about the ever expanding north side of KC.

Old Time at Creekside is interesting. Curious type of development knowing Zona Rosa is close & similar, as well as Legends area of KCK. I live up North and that corner is pretty isolated, just farms land now, but a ton of housing not too far down the road. I assume the development will do well for those close to it but I doubt others, from the other side of the Northland may ever venture over that way. Kind of how people who live along the 435 western corridor never journey East that often

The new office building next to Park University would fit perfectly in downtown.

Parking on the back, clear facade along the sidewalk with good pedestrian access

Links to Six at Park website and Loopnet listing below. I believe this is the building flyingember referenced. Looks great, better than the pics with all of the landscaping in now. Right along 9 HWY as you enter or leave downtown Parkville.

A new business school building is under construction on campus as well, though I can't find a recent rendering of it.

^Decent looking building. Still quite a bit of space left, but it will fill up over time. It's one of those projects that's not too big but not too small, especially for a smaller town.

Per latest site plan the Station is the Gas Station and Burger King next to it. Hotel and other Fast Food still under contract.

Wish they could re-build the observatory above the campus.

P-Town has had some interesting proposals over the years to bridge the "Olde" shopping center and park with DT. You can really see how sad and cut off it looks in the drone pics.

I have a few more that I’ll share later tonight, but that’s all from me until the Spring. I’m back in St. Louis now

Hi Chris, lovely photos. Do you have drone shots of St Louis. I’m interested in seeing how their neighborhoods interact but I’ve never quite gotten the hang of urbanstl.

Here's a newly made Flickr Album of mine that compiles all my drone photos and videos.I did my best to keep all the projects together correctly.

Incredible thank you so much, really cool to see the amount of density St. Louis has, and the different neighborhoods. Do you ever go to south St. Louis?

From March 24th, Six at Park is set to have 27,000sf of its vacant space converted into 27 housing units (two and three bedroom apartments, student apartments and Airbnbs). A $1.5 Million project. Foutch hopes to have this completed in time for the semester.

That will be a great spot for more residential being right next to the college.

It's curious how the Six at Park failed so badly. I think it sounded like a fine project and there is not a lot of newer spec office space around. I think it's just bad timing during the pandemic. I'm not sure putting more money into it to transform to residential is a great idea. Just build more residential somewhere else and decrease rent or offer comp months until it fills up.

Where is somewhere else? On the edge of the city as more sprawl?
