You guys laugh, but MGS is on to something. I've found that this store is a great place to pick up chicks, who will undress for less.

Hold the phone - we need to speculate when/where Ross will open a store in Joco. And so on...

This is a funny thread. But WTF is a ross dress for less? Whatever they are, it's nice to see them backfill a box in Indy rather than go to Adams Dairy.

I know, can you believe this? I *thought* I was being a smart ass on the Kansas Suburbs|Metcalf Moves thread yesterday and I awoke to see this in the paper. Once again my Faith Popcorn-like ability to predict events about which I know nothing rears its ugly head. #-o

Think Marshall's/TJ Maxx. MGSports has been stoked to get one in the area since I don't know when, so I'm pretty happy we can get this retailer off the list.

Moos how 'bout you use your powers for an IKEA somewhere. I need some inexpensive kitchenware.

Yes but you said 91st and Metcalf Ave and they haven't annouced any KS locations in KC area yet.
We got to predict where the next Menards is going and where the first Milo's Sandwich Shop is going.

I'd just settle for White Castle to get back to the KC market...

Menards isn't the only thing on it Markey's Shopping Center and so on to. The only reason they got Menards because they couldn't get the Electronics store to come. Sam's Club still might move their.
Also maybe Menards Northland 152 and Ross can't conform locations.
