4400 Washington

Discuss items in the urban core outside of Downtown as described above. Everything in the core including the east side (18th & Vine area), Northeast, Plaza, Westport, Brookside, Valentine, Waldo, 39th street, & the entire midtown area.

Glad they saved a few of the larger trees along the street-just hope construction didn’t doom them in the long run.

I like how they've incorporated every facade material available onto one project. Figure out which one people like and then can spread that to the whole structure eventually. Smart.

Seriously, why so many? It’s an assault on your eyes not to mention a maintenance headache. Do architects even have to learn basic design principles?

I wish they would have chilled on the different materials - the Opus Westport project is a much better example. However, I like the density a lot in the area.

44 Washington: Project was 80% leased in January after having opened in May 2020.
The Villas: 8 -3 story villas with 3 beds and 3.5 baths to be completed by this summer. The Villas will have access to 44 Washington amenities.

Out of that 80 percent leased figure, I wonder what the percentage of them are employees of St. Luke's?
