I saw the display screen was up and running today. Sorry, I didn't snap a pic.

The church is the star. The new building is just chorus line.

These are from last night. In person, I actually like the light strips.

This is probably my favorite perspective. Shows the density in the area behind the building...

Chris Stritzel, love all the drone shots. I looked through your gallery of KC and StL. Very nice. I often forget just how dense, diverse and built up KCMO's urban core is and all the infill is really nice to see. Honestly most of metro KC leaves a LOT to be desired. JoCo, WyCo, Northland most of KCMO outside the core, suburban Jackson and Cass etc are all either bland midwest suburbia or run down. But KCMO's river market to plaza corridor has some incredible bones, some of the best of any mid sized city and I really hope to see it really go to the next level in the next ten years.

At first I was leery of the giant TV on top, thought it was going to be used for banal advertising. They are using it for artist designed kinetic art that is quite beautiful.

Restaurant spaces are being fitted out on floors 2 and 3 of the parking garage. I believe this is separate from the rooftop tenant.

Listing websites range from 60% to 79% leased for this project. I am leaning towards the higher end

With the two new tenants, the Plaza office building is up to 70% occupancy.

Labor and employment law firm Fisher Phillips LLP in early September signed a deal for 6,770 square feet on 46 Penn's ninth floor.

Wealth Management Company 1248 Holdings taking 6th floor.

Did they have a tenant in place prior to construction? If not these numbers could actually be quite positive for the proposed office projects downtown

I believe Crossfirst Bank signed on before construction. Can't remember how much space they took. Obviously, Block planned to take some space as well.

They had 100,000sf pre-committed before they started construction. This was just shy of 50%.

Had dinner here tonight. Great Plaza view from the rooftop (sorry for lack of pics, but the windows didn't cooperate in the dark).

Small plates/bites were all good, especially the "Stix" (skewers). $10 valet parking.

Looking forward to Ocean Prime in February.

The building lured Hoefer Welker and their 120 employees back to the Plaza from Leawood. Allegedly buildout never started on their Aspiria space due to the pandemic?

Yeah that's another big get from JoCo to KCMO. Second one in the last couple weeks.
