Better build that replacement for the church higher so that ugly can be hidden.

The screen is as ugly as the One Cardinal Way screen. Looks like a last minute addition that architects and the developer said "How can we make this more noticeable". Well... it will be more noticeable that's for sure.

On the good side, at least the rendering makes it appear that they put LED lights between the floors on the all glass portion.

Looks like one of those Corporate Woods eyesores schtupped a 1980s food court sans protection.

Screens work for downtown CBD buildings but in poor taste for The Plah-zah, maybe even for the jaded.

It's not on the Plaza so no worries there.

At some point you have to recognize that rules come with boundaries and if someone doesn't like specific rules they can build one block away

Kind of strange - I cant find this project on most any leasing websites now. I was unable to find it one place and it was listed off market.

I'm surprised the crane is still up for this. Looks decent. Hopefully they killed the screen idea since that would mess it up.

From yesterday. Looks like there is framing up for a screen up at the top, but I'm not sure. Maybe it will just be building signage, like what was put up already (seen in the first picture - sign says RSM). Time will tell though. Also, I wondered why the crane is still up. Maybe it has something to do with the face Pennsylvania Avenue is still closed? Or maybe because it's behind those apartment buildings? I don't know though.

Besides that, looks like the sidewalks are finished and all the glass is installed. I assume this project is 99% done, they just have to clean up whatever junk is leftover inside and around the property and remove the crane.
