2626 Tracy Avenue has had the exterior improved. I don't know if the entire house was renovated though.

New house being constructed on the southwest corner of E. 26th Street and Tracy Avenue. There might be enough room for another house on that corner, but one can't tell if they are putting a foundation there yet.

Finished.

New houses on the north side of E. Beacon Hill Lane. I wish they would have continued the townhouses down this side of the street. I don't know if they had difficulty selling those built further west or not. Maybe they would have been more popular if they were more attractive. :D

2112 Tracy has been remodeled. I figured this building would be demolished eventually as part of the redevelopment of the northern section of Beacon Hill north of 22nd Street. It appears to have suffered a fire at some point.

It appears they are removing all the trees west of this property. This is looking south from E. 21st Street between Tracy and Forest.
