The new owners not only need to create an awesome but realistically believable vision for Plaza, it's even more important they figure out how to properly sell the vision to locals. If City on board, maybe not need significant local support so much anyway to do it but would still important.

Hyatt House has stalled because the lender failed to provide funding. I believe the same scheme has happened with multiple projects they were involved with. The average lender is still very liquid so projects like this one are fine.
Sheraton (and Westin) needs to be renovated. If they won't keep up to modern standards, others will come in and take their place (and they are). Loews is on another level and has already grabbed the professional sports traffic from the other hotels.

North Plaza is filling in but has a long way to go. Price holding a monopoly on empty lots is not helping I’m sure.

^There's the grass lot up hill from B&N and also wouldn't be surprising to see the 2 story apt buildings N of aLoft (smaller crane) torn down for bigger project. Might take a while though.
