GSA is planning to replace the facade on the "new" courthouse. An RFQ for a Construction Managers just went out.
The current curtain wall is leaking and a serious safety hazard to visitors. Leasing a new courthouse or building an entirely new one were considered but would have cost more.
~$57 million project is to be completed by 2023.
