710 W 24th St (Parisi Coffee) Redevelopment

LS Commercial Real Estate Services is advertising a redevelopment on the Parisi Coffee building site. A new rooftop deck and overhang would be added along with a 5-floor expansion towards the highway to the east. Is Parisi Coffee dead?

I doubt it, but they may have moved their production to redevelop this building.
