this place's website and zillow listings say the address is 201 west 19th terrace, which zillow and google puts just north of SW boulevard on wyandotte street. mayhaps there's been an error?

That is Milhaus' office space.

According to apartments.com, 43 apartments are available right now. An additional 29 become available January 29th.. An additional 9 are listed as unavailable.

So if all of these are vacant, that means 81 of 340 apartments are available (or 78% leased, but I doubt that). Would be nice if true.

Buildings 1&2 are open. Buildings 3&4 will open in the summer. There is 1 tenant so far with about 10-20 leases signed. A coffee shop haf been signed for one of the retail spaces but it fell through. Does sound like they are doing 2-3 commercial showings per week. Building 5 may start in a year or so.

Sounds like discussions on developing the CMH lots to the south have occurred - not sure who was pursuing that.

Walked through the site on Friday. The sidewalks are mostly open now, as is the leasing center in the renovated building on Locust. I love this development. Total transformation of what was a very derelict site. Excited for the future!

Hmmm, looks like something out of the burbs given the scale of perpetual homogeneity.

Agreed. The 4th building looked to have a different facade so I maintain some hope.

At least it's fairly well hidden from the beaten path. It's the downside when same minded developer gets more than one block. Some mutli block developers have better taste and will mix things up (hi MAC) but most will go for sameness (Cordish, Indy developers).

Try walking through on foot. Not suburban at all.

The view south from lifted spirits especially at night is so weird now.

It's the old gritty juxtaposition with the new shiny "neighborhood" in the distance that is weird.

22.6% leased. I think the 2nd building is still under construction but is now being advertised.

The building along Oak looks really nice driving past from the South

It looks great from every angle IMO. They're still working on the buildings east of Locust. Can't wait for the rest of the buildings to start.

Are there any plans to build more. I had been told in Dec the lot north of the east building will just stay a surface lot

I agree. The only part of the project i wasn't sure would look good was how that side along Oak would look, but it turned out better than i envisioned. Really nice project
