Thanks for the update. As many on here know, I live in STL and don't come over to KC all the time to check in on this stuff. Looking forward to it rising when I visit throughout the year.

Excited to see this go up in the Crossroads but still bummed they stripped off the awesome textured exterior wall on the east side. Big downgrade, IMO, and haven't seen any explanation of the change anywhere.

Have we seen any updated renderings that show the "jagged" panels removed?
It's hard to tell from the rendering above.
