I think the website will be posting soon. They have the floor plans. It's just finishing the pricing.

It's going to be interesting to see where they price.
I wouldn't mind living here when I do move from STL to KC. It will happen and in the interim time of moving and buying a house or condo, living in a apartment like this would be good.

What made you decide to move to KC?

I grew up in KC. Family moved to STL so I went with them. Still have family outposts in KC. I'm ready to move back.

Addition to this post: KC looks to be a city of more opportunity than STL moving forward. While St. Louis has some things in it I'll miss (in particular: the wacky city legends), it's no big deal.

I’ve only talked to City Club leasing directly but:
City Club has a lot more amenities(maybe best of any complex) and a market place. I expect it to be a place that is bustling considering the unit count and a great place to have people over. Views from the rooftops will be good and some units are supposed to have direct street access. Wooden construction isn’t always the most sound isolating.

Reverb has few amenities and is a overall smaller community. The views are killer and imho likely to be some of the best.

I drove up I-35 yesterday for the first time in a month and this building really caught my attention in a way it never did before they started putting the panels up.

The view up SW Blvd is similarly striking. This really terminates the vista in a dramatic way.

I like city club a lot more honestly. It fills up the block, preserves the old hotel building, has lots of ground floor interaction and just generally seems more urban. It also has color!

Although I like Reverb's size, it contributes a lot less. It's also kinda ominous looking with its dark grey siding, looming top-heavy cantilevers, and thin vertical windows. It was designed by an engineering firm and definitely looks the part.

As others have said, CityClub has a good amount of amenities and takes up a full block among other things. So I like CityClub because of it's interactions with the surrounding area and amenities. However, Reverb takes the cake when it comes to interior design. CityClub is too wacky in it's commons areas (based on renderings). I'm not sure how the units will be but the renderings of Reverb's makes the units here appear more tolerable and mainstream. But honestly, CityClub is too crazy when it comes down to other things.

Except for the 20% of the block it doesn't take up.

It's still a massive enough project that there's been a couple of times I had to remind myself "That's ALSO CityClub" before hopping online to find out what's being built on Walnut.

The one bedroom unit sure has a lot of extra space. Maybe they should’ve thought about squeezing in a small office or extra room. Lobby looks good to me.

Reverb posted these on their Instagram story... renderings of the 14th floor lounge area. Looks good to me. Views should be spectacular.
