Simple design but could be good if proper materials are used.

I thought I'd mentioned here, the garage is under contract and proposed as apartments from what the owner has told us.

I think we'd be lucky if something KEM caliber was built here.

Anything will be better than the current garage. Even a new garage.

I parked in it for almost seven years. They had to give everyone valet parking because there wasn't enough space on either level for anything except parking cars three deep end to end. The workers shuffled cars around all day. They had to close the top level because it was falling apart, sometimes dropping chunks of concrete.

I'd love for us to use more garages in that manner. Increase capacity.

The listed parcels will undergo a lot consolidation via minor subdivision in order to construct a single, new structure spanning across them. The existing parking garage located on 909 Wyandotte will be demolished, and a new mixed-use high rise building will be constructed. Scope of work will include connections to utilities in adjacent ROW and public improvements as necessary or required.
