Can't wait for 2nd Street to be opened up. Big improvement for circulation.

I'm surprised this is still under construction. This has to be one of the longest ongoing projects in KC.

2nd & Delaware saying they are 68% leased. Lots of UHauls outside this weekend.

I wonder if a deal can be done to get some of the rented parking spots in the Wyandotte parking lot at W. 4th Street moved to that garage so the developer can start redeveloping there?

Given how well RM does, am surprised there isn't more momentum breaking ground on other planned RM projects, especially now that lumber prices are nearly back in check and interest rates still low. Though skilled labor still a challenge.

The next proposed projects are steel and concrete (DEFEO, City Harvest). Prices are still very high
