That fence has been there for well over a decade.

Isn't that the staircase that one of our raggers does irregular clean ups at?

I’ve seen videos of people walking around the stairs, so I assumed they were still open until recently. I guess they jumped the fence or found a different route to them.

Obviously I’m not super familiar with this park.....

Yes, MidtownKid organizes them.

There is another way down to the steps.

There's a dirt path parallel to the street if you cut around the wall further south.
