I am new to the forum so I apologize if these have already been discussed.
On the wikipeida page for KC towers, I was surprised to see several buildings listed in the 40-60 story range that I'd never heard of before. Are these all outdated projects?

Ahhh how nice it would be if some major company such as Cerner would decide to build a monumental skyscraper. This is something sorely needed from downtown. Our old downtown buildings either have been or are being renovated. New infill construction is being planned frequently. We have the streetcar, we have Google Fiber, we have the momentum, and downtown is now THE place to be in Kansas City. Now... I want a sweet new skyline defining scraper. A new tallest. I know we have One Light being built soon, and that will be great, but I want something epic as well.
I still wish that Sprint hadn't decided to build their stupid campus. If downtown was like it is today, back when they built their campus, I bet they would have built a pretty skyscraper downtown. Ahh well, now we need to find the next mega company. Or the perfect convention hotel, apartment mix. Cerner could have built a mighty, mighty scraper. Maybe some other day.
I've seen this on wiki also. I know for a fact H&R Block Tower II, San Francisco Tower 2, have been cancelled. The promenade place has been proposed for a long time. Now for the Vision skyscrapers, I don't see those happening except for cerner and maybe marriott.

I kinda doubt it, since they have always been a pretty adamantly suburban / loyal-to-JoCo company. But even if they had, they would presumably have abandoned it, too.
