Great story about many don't really want a lawn, etc. and prefer the location of urban living.

It's great to at least have viable options for people.

It was great, wasn't it? Vey positive spin on urban living. It may encourage those with the same sentiments to seriously consider moving back to the urban core.
Are you sure we're talking about the same God here, because yours sounds kind of like a dick.
