Looks like the real estate investment arm of the Seminole Tribe of Florida will be purchasing the complex.

https://www.bizjournals.com/kansascity/ ... 2022-02-15
The Seminole Real Estate Fund (SemREF), the real estate investment arm of the Seminole Tribe of Florida, is under contract to acquire the 12-story Arterra community at 2100 Wyandotte St. from St. Louis-based Altus Properties.

The transaction is scheduled to close March 23, according to documents from the Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority. The agency is scheduled to vote Feb. 22 on transferring sale-leaseback and redevelopment contracts to SemREF, plus a new funding agreement.

I've noticed that the tone of the brick on this building has toned down over the few years since its completion. Fits in pretty good I think

That's a good angle for a photograph.

I’ve always liked this project. The ground floor is also decent compared to so many other downtown projects.

To be fair, that isn’t a very high bar
