I need to inspect the 20th Street streetscape. Lots of damage from construction and they were supposed to make good on restoration. Looking good so far!

So great to see DGX embracing the long storefront and sidewalk (it looks like the shelving backing on all the windows is permanent).......

DGX is opening a second location in STL's urban core. I would expect they do the same here.

I wonder if DGX is responding to product suggestions. Has anyone made suggestions and they adapted? Small format Target stores often carry items that aren't available in the area. DGX should consider that strategy if not already adjusting.

Do they still have a dozen blown up helium balloons there? That seemed like the most egregious out of touch inventory decision when I went in there.

Heh. Yeah, I don't recall seeing them the last time I was in.

Huh? Are you talking about the Hampton Inn Starbucks (which was still open last I checked)? City Club never had one.

Mostly true. It’s effectively at capacity. They are setting a few aside to rent out which I hate but no Airbnb. Every place does this now.

There are Airbnb’s listed for the city club building. I counted about 20 on the AirBnb website

I'm sorry. Were you unaware they have a pool? Not urban.
