Is that some kind of fake vegetation on the lower wall?

DGX is not that far along. I don't know if it will make the July 6th opening

I would estimate mid to late July, favoring the latter.

They're still aiming to start move ins before August for residents.

Is the pre-existing building on the far right going to be apartments? I seem to remember a lower rise steel structure behind the older builder that was under construction when I was in town last, wonder what they had in mind for that? This place is impressive in terms of size, you don't get that sense of scale from the Main street side.

The Midwest Hotel has the lobby and amenity spaces. The small steel building is amenity space and rooftop commercial space.

I thought the corner first floor was a restaurant?

What did the window do to anyone? Besides that, it's looking good

From what I've heard, move ins have begun!

My scheduled move in date is a bit later. But I'll be able to start sharing interior pictures.

Sidewalk on Main is open, so that's good.

At night, the lobby area is lit up. The door was open but I didn't go in.

Looks like the broken window was caused by a gun. This looks to be a bullet hole in the glass.

Have they given a new date for the first move-ins?

Not a fan of taking away the sidewalk in that one pic for no real reason.

I'm one of the first and I've been given a rough estimate of August 15th to 30th with hope that they can move it up.

I had signed my lease and everything and they cancelled the date.

I'm on the third floor. I think they're going to do staged move ins so maybe others will start before.

Main entrance. It’s so that Uber/DoorDash can do drop offs without impeding the streetcar. I often see the drivers do a quick park job and sit over the line blocking the streetcar.

I don't consider "can't park well" a legit reason to take sidewalk space.
