Russ Johnson is running in the 2nd District, in-district race (Platte County, River Market, Loop) - http://www.russjohnson.org. He has a small business downtown, and has been involved in the Downtowners and Downtown Council. He has also championed many bicycle and pedestrian causes in the last few years.
