Lenexa-based RBC Medical Innovations is the target of a copyright infringement case concerning a photo of the Kansas City skyline that the company had on its website.

Photographer Eric Bowers of Kansas City, Kan. said he created the photograph in 2012.

Bowers filed suit in U.S. District Court in Kansas on Nov. 8

Huh, the CEO of RBC also made sexually suggestive comments to me on multiple occasions during a job interview where he invited me to a bar. Glad I turned that job down.

Edit: oh yea, he also talked about Jesus a lot
