As some of you may know, Kansas City is home to one of the worlds loudest air raid sirens.

Kansas City originally had 3 of these sirens. One is located at the old army records building off of Independence, another was located on top of the old St. Joseph hospital (which now resides in private possession), and the third was located atop City Hall. It was installed sometime in the 1950s and removed sometime before 1980.
I've looked around this board a bit, and can't find any photos of city hall from this era. Would anyone here have any? I am trying to figure out what exactly happened to this siren. It wasn't up for long and removing an object the size of a car off of a 29 story building is not an easy task. You would think that the one off of Independence would've been removed before this one. I've called the Jackson County EMA, along with the Kansas City EMA and while they know the sirens existed, they don't know what happened to the one off of city hall.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

Someone better with databases (database?) skills could probably find good things here: https://www.kchistory.org/digital-collections
Just looking around, I found this one.
