Re: UMKC: Oak Street West Development
Anyone hear anything about retail on 51st street? I like Kinlin and Muddys but the buildings are pieces of crap ..same goes for that library building across the street. Keep some of the good tenants but clean up the buildings.

Re: Cordish and NASCAR themed restaurant
This would be a helluva lot more exciting and different than HRC. I've been to one in Gatlinburg, TN and it was pretty neat. Just cheesy menu names like "the Intimidator". Much like you see at the 810 Zone.

Know for a fact that you can tailgate in Parking Garages...People do it at Brigade games and College stadiums (Tennessee, Auburn)....But the cost would be excessive...

Re: Wizards Stadium at Bannister Mall
Northland would be nice. But I like the Bass Pro comparison...give people a reason to go to the area..not that people did when the Wizards played at Arrowhead...

Re: Wizards Stadium at Bannister Mall
Probably not a bad thing that mass transit is not going to Bannister Mall. How many people really need to go to Lens Crafters that much?

Re: Wizards Stadium at Bannister Mall
Bannister Mall?...that neighborhood is awful!!! It will be like going to the Coliseum in LA or the old Chicago Stadium in Chicago. Go see a game to find your car on cinder blocks when you come out?

Legoland Downtown = Not enough room for new retail to pay for it.

I'll probably think and do the opposite of what Stretch says.

Re: Wizards Stadium at Bannister Mall
I think on top of Bannister Mall would be more appropriate. Is there anything in there besides a Lens Crafters?
