When I look at these photos, I focus on the wasted space fronting the east side of Broadway because of the IRS Processing Center's set-back. It seems such a waste.

There are some parts of older KC where few (if any) houses are left on the blocks. If they ever get redeveloped, they should add alleys for the new houses when terrain allows.
