Terra Management purchased it. They're mostly in the luxury multi-family market, though they have a few commercial buildings along Troost and in the urban core. Work just started last week on gutting the inside, and they will probably be finished around the beginning of June. There will be two space...

Troostwood Garage was recently purchased and is currently being renovated. Will be a great looking retail space.
