I think you guys are just attractive to the pretty little yellow building with the word "Bar" above it. That building would of been a great place for office space. Too late.

Just because Kerry Duffin can't get his way, doesnt mean he should.  We should do away with the parking variances and if he doesn't have the correct amount of parking spaces for his dream , no liquor license.

Poor Kerry Duffin. Why would you buy a building with a code violation? He was trying to pull the wool over the eyes of the city like he did with the Madrid Theatre.  He also borrowed $445,000 from the SBA. So he wont be going into ruins.

Kerry Duffin should abide by the ordinance and wait a year to re-apply.

For years Larry Sells says he was going to renovate the Chatam Apartments on Broadway near 37th Street. Whats happening with this building ?
