Re: Favorite suburban downtown

I think OP has done the best job not necessarily on design or anything like that but because they have added a lot of housing in the area and its making the area very walkable and attractive to young professionals. I agree that OP has done better, it has always felt a bit to sterilized for my likin...

KCSC board meeting scheduled for September 30, 2021 at 12:00pm RF to Casino KC will be and NKC will likely be ready for any near term federal stimulus. Not sure about east side line. If we can use state funds as local match and grant funds as federal match, the lift to do these next extensions may ...

Nice to see some new development with a net increase in units. Would love to see Tracy reconnected to Columbus park, and that part built out a bit where the chouteau courts are now There used to be a pedestrian bridge between Columbus Park and Tracy on the south side of the interstate. https://kchi...

Having seen a push to infill and instill more urban designs into suburban city centers, I was wondering which one you all felt like did the best job.

I think we will have to wait and see what they suggest with the new document at the end of the year. I’m hoping that it has a more long term strategic view, rather than simply incremental.
