He said that these renderings, while still current and quite accurate to the final project, are actually kind of old (some as old as two or three years). I'm pretty sure what you're looking at is the already existing west loading dock for Bartle Hall.

Spoke minutes ago with the previously mentioned architecht and he said there has been no further conversation with the developer about this project.

Looks like another dead rumor.

As for me, I was at a meeting with a developer and an architect(back in early January). They were talking about partnering with each other for the project but were very hush-hush about it and wouldn't give me many details.

Well your rumor makes me kind of excited because I know of a company that might do a huge mixed use project of the kind you're describing...so if you have reason to believe this is true I'd be pretty excited.
