Grid or anyone else have any aerials that show how big a 1.3 million sq ft warehouse would be?

I'm confused about these guesstimates.  Why are they projecting Cleveland and Detroit to have increases?  Both metro's are going through a horrendous epidemic of foreclosures and are both bleeding well paying jobs.
