Deadline has passed...how long until the results are in?

Super cool video and a ton of progress made so far. The east end of the site already has the outline of a foundation. This thing is moving fast -- should see it poke into the skyline by the end of the year.

Major metros have Starbucks every few blocks. As density and population increase (think 2/3/4 light) they will definitely open one in P&L.

As trivial as a Starbucks is, this is a great addition to the Xroads IMO.

The hype certainly didn’t live up to the announment IMO, however, this is the first business locating to P&L. All of the above are places within corporate towers. Why downtown KC is missing (outside of P&L) is ground floor retail. Period.

In this case, a vacant would more attractive than a building that’s fallen into disrepair.
