bspecht, do people with scooters do a pretty good job of staying off sidewalks in DC? There, at least they have bike lanes and enough cyclists that cars know to keep an eye out. Just read "How to Kill a City" and strongly suggest it. Need to check out Detroit and explore how racially divided the redevelopment is and try to learn how gentrification/redevelopment can be more inclusive.

God damn there are so many surface lots to go...but this looks great.

Any updates on leasing? Last check was a month ago and was around ~55%

To be fair...250 feet would be ~20-25 stories in a traditional build out.

Not to be a hater but I think it's so funny that a 10-15 story building is considered a tower.

Yep! The sight had a noticeable uptick it workers this week -- things are heating up and going vertical.

Lots of progress on the site today....Concrete foundation going in on the south side of the project and two new Bay Cranes have popped up too. This thing should be vertical in a few months if not sooner.

Steady progress on the site! Concrete pillars are being set on the south and east sides of the site. They are moving fast and should be vertical by sometime next quarter.

Why not close grand full time, make it a pedestrian plaza with food trucks, seating and green space?
