Does it make very good business sense to put the cheapest lofts in the front corner (SW in this case?) Why not put the cheaper ones in the back and sell the 2 bedrooms with better views?

The person I know who bought said the back of the building has less windows and as you can see are the much more expensive units, so that's why they are having problems selling those. Not really sure what they are going to do abo...

This is irrelevant now that the taxes will not be collected until a binding contract is signed....even less risk to the citizens.

akp....there will always be little reasons anybody could pick at for any issue.....you are trying to find all of them. This is a chance for Kansas City to improve itself greatly. You obviously want to vote no and will find whatever reason to do so.....hopefully others will look at it with a more ope...

probably be hard to retry in NOV but I don't think we need to worry a great deal about it......KC has a history of passing these issues. Just look at all the unions and orgs. behind it.
