Does anyone know what the deal is with the building (currently a surface lot) next to the Corrigan Building? The renderings make it appear that they will be replacing the lot with another building.

Can anyone confirm?

Ground floor retail! Just what downtown KCMO needs.

This looks stunning -- the empty surface parking lots in downtown KCMO are beginning to fill in. I know a lot has been discussed around the all glass facade but think it fits into the area really well.

I'd have to assume that occupancy rates from 1/2 light will come into play here.

Does anyone know that One Light's occupancy rate?

Loews is an incredible win for KC if this hotel is ever built. They are a step above Hyatt in many ways and having the Tisch family put a stake in the KC ground awesome.

Is the gym open to the public I assume?

While I am not a huge fan of the blue/green style of 1/2/3/etc. Light, I can appreciate the surface parking lots that are disappearing and the hundreds of residents breathing new life into Downtowns KC. Cannot wait to see this come online. Crossroads is quickly developing into a diverse neighborhood with businesses operating day/night.

This is amazing and will bring a constant flow of pedestrian life from morning to night, while also adding an incredible resource to a growing neighborhood.
