signage on buildings make cities look busier and more lively from a distance. i don't mind it at all.

Will be interesting to see how the Starbucks does there. So much coffee nearby, but so little of it available after 6pm. Most hotel Starbucks are open later (like the one in the Crowne Plaza). i actually liked that place. My wife. friends and i always ended up there on first fridays. I only had food there once and i don't remember if I liked it or not (maybe due to the beer) but i feel like i would remember it if it was terrible. Sad day.

I don't mind it, at all. Light up that skyline.

Loews Hotel will be 237 ft Occupied, 279 ft Architectual and 23 floors. To put that in perspective, Two light is 250 ft and 24 floors.

riiiiight... I'll believe this one when it's topped out and glass is going in. I've learned not to get my hopes up for new projects.
