Re: 99.7 changes format
This really chaps my ass. Who's going to sponsor the Elvis Parade now? I used to love 99.7 in the morning when it was Max, Tanna, and Moffit.

Re: Chiefs
One man's (Georgia Tech) trash is another mans (Chiefs) treasure......? I don't think this move will matter much at all in the grand scheme of things.

Is the building for tenth street lofts still supposed to hold around 100 units, 5 stories? I couldn't find a website, do they have one?

Wow, I can't wait to watch Beasley when he comes to Allen. He has 6 games with 30 points or more... just amazing. Think he will be back for his soph year?

I'm not sure if that was sarcasm or not, but all proceeds benefit Royals charities. Yes, he is a greedy prick, and I probably wouldn't have posted that if the money were going into his pocket.kcmetro wrote: "David Glass is a GREEDY PRICK"

Re: THE RENOVATIONS
Something just recently announced is having engraved bricks along a "grand walkway" going into Kauffman stadium. You can put your own personal message on one for $150, $250, or $300 for different sized bricks. All proceeds benefit charity. The rendering on the webpage looks like a very pro...

So this is the block that will eventually contain H&R Block #2 right? Or is it the Cordish residential tower?moderne wrote: Even if it is only the base structure that contains the grocery and gym, it is necessary that in this stage that the support for the tower above be constructed.

Re: OFFICIAL - Federal Reserve HQ construction
I understand the move, and I think it looks just fine for a federal building. I would be really disappointed though if they weren't converting the old one into condos, because it's a beautiful place.

The longer the Sprint Center sits empty the worse off KC is. Just look at OKC and their SIX year old Ford Arena that already "needs" to be upgraded

I read something a few months ago about AMC relocating or expanding, but I cannot find any information for the life of me. Can somebody please fill me in on this?

So, how are the Royals looking so far? Have they made mostly good or bad picks? It's hard to tell when I don't know very much about them. Nobody can know for sure, but I like most of the picks because a lot of them are low risk- high reward guys. Major Acquisitions : Catcher: Miguel Olivo- Florid...

I look forward to the P&L opening and thriving, but I can't help be a bit dissapointed in the tenant's they are landing so far. It's turning out to be more of a giant, yet fancy, "food court" with all the cordish concepts. I was really hoping for a few more big draws to come in so Co...

Re: Staley Update
The football stadium will become the home for Staley as well as Oak Park. NKC and Winnetonka will continue to use the district stadium in Northtown. The field at NKC is also now going to be field turf...something they should have done a long time ago. I'm pretty sure that the football field is t...
